Customers must provide accurate address and phone number for timely delivery.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
Customers must check their order in front of the delivery person.
If any item is missing, incorrect, or spoiled, you must report it immediately to the delivery person.
After the delivery person leaves, we will not accept any claims unless valid video/photo proof is provided within 1 hour of delivery.
